All units are unfurnished. The following items are included: Gas stove and wall heater, carpet and vinyl planking, garbage disposal, ceiling fans and covered carport parking with upper storage cabinet. Select units have walk-in closets, a fireplace, a patio and a balcony. Onsite we have two laundry facilities, an outdoor heated pool (May to September) and the utilities included are water and trash.
